Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Rajwadi Heritage Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (ethnic and traditional wear), the following policies apply for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before processing.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• Refunds for cancelled orders may be subject to payment gateway charges.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• Product received is damaged
• Incorrect product delivered

Important Conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos/videos must be shared for verification
• Do not return products without prior approval
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Products

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Altered or stitched items
• Used, washed, or damaged products

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchange allowed for size issues or eligible cases (subject to availability)
• Processed after product inspection

5. Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
• Use a reliable courier with tracking
• We are not responsible for lost returns

6. Refund Policy

• Refund initiated after inspection of returned product
• Credited to original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

7. Failed Delivery / Unavailable Product

• Option to choose alternative product
• Or request a full refund

8. Return Guidelines

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
• Return must be shipped within 7 days after approval

All returned items will be inspected before approval.
